Crypto and frontier first. Funds that invest as early as we do, pre-seed and incubation, the first check or earlier, and whose thesis is crypto/web3 first or frontier, deep tech, robotics and AI infra second. Generalists and other sector funds came off on 8/25. This is a list of peers to talk to, not sell to.

Two rules now. Stage: pre-seed / incubation / first check in the top tier; early-seed sub-$25M funds in the second. Thesis: crypto/web3 first, or frontier, deep tech, robotics, AI infra second. Anything outside both came off. Every firm was stage-checked in Harmonic; additions on 8/25 were entity-verified in Harmonic and their contacts are marked verify where no address is on file. No web guessing for funding or stage.
Separate from the DD dossier outreach. This is relationship-building. Six firms here are already in a dossier conversation — pulled into their own box below so the two efforts don't cross.
